Engagements & proposals

• Statements of work define scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees before any project begins.
• Discovery or consultation fees are agreed upfront; longer engagements are billed per milestone or monthly retainer.
• If work expands beyond the agreed scope, we confirm revised timelines and fees in writing before proceeding.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, final deliverables created for you (copy, creative files, assets) become yours. We may reference non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Payments

• Invoices are due within the timelines stated on the statement of work.
• Late payments may incur a reasonable admin fee to cover rescheduling and resourcing costs.
• Engagements can be paused for non-payment; work resumes once accounts are current.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or postpone work, let us know as early as possible. Pre-paid sessions can be rescheduled. Project cancellations are handled according to the terms in the statement of work.
